Beta now open

Build like you've got a team.

Your AI forgets everything. MAESTRO doesn't. It's an AI workforce your whole team works with — people and specialists in the same conversation, remembering, deliberating, and answering to you.

It remembers. Every other AI starts from zero — re-explaining what it built yesterday, what your team decided last week, what you said Tuesday. MAESTRO carries the work forward, so you spend your time creating, not repeating yourself.

It deliberates. When AI works across a project — strategy, research, design, execution — you become the integration layer, copying context between tools, holding consistency by hand. MAESTRO assembles specialists who share context, hand off to each other, and work the hard calls through before they reach you.

It's accountable. Most AI runs unsupervised — no audit trail, no quality gates, no way to know the work holds up. MAESTRO shows its work and checks it, so you can stand behind the work it delivers.

It brings your team together. Until now, AI has been one person in a private window. MAESTRO puts your people and your AI specialists in the same conversation — a style everyone already understands — so a company learns by pairing with its AI team, not by handing out seats and hoping.

This is Organizational AI.

An AI workforce platform: capable AI, organized the way people have always done hard things well — as a team. Today the race is to make one model do everything. MAESTRO takes the other path: specialists who each own an angle, build on each other, and check each other's thinking.

A strategist proposes while an analyst stress-tests; a builder creates it while a reviewer makes sure it holds up. They deliberate and converge — and the result isn't just more work done. It's better work: work that has been checked from more than one angle, the considered answer no single session reaches on its own.

And the better each specialist gets, the better the whole team becomes — it compounds the longer you work together, the way real teams do.

It's not a smarter model. It's a better way to work.

Memory that compounds

Your AI learns from every session. Decisions, patterns, discoveries — all indexed. What one agent learns, every agent knows. Your AI team gets smarter the longer you work together.

Specialists that deliberate

MAESTRO doesn't send one generalist to do everything. It assembles the right team — strategists, developers, designers, analysts — and has them work it through together before the answer reaches you. You choose the runtime and the model for each role — Claude for reasoning, Gemini for media, whatever the job needs. Claude, GPT, Gemini, and a dozen more behind them — coordinated, not stitched together by hand. It works with the tools you already run.

Governance built in

Every agent action is traceable, and your data is isolated at the database — not just in app code. Org-wide standing instructions reach every agent's briefing, and oversight works by escalation, not surveillance — the power of autonomous AI with the accountability your work demands.

See the work. Hear the work

The Working Surface shows you AI work as it happens — documents, previews, decisions, side by side with the conversation. Talk to it, and it talks back. And when you step away, voice narration synthesizes what your AI team discussed into a briefing you can review when you're ready.

What your team can do today

  • People and agents in the same room.

Invite a colleague into the conversation; your AI team is already there. The decision gets made where the work is — once, in front of everyone who needs to see it.

  • A second point of view before you decide.

Ask the team and a second specialist reads the first one's work from its own discipline — the plan gets a security read, the design gets the researcher's evidence. A different point of view finds the gap before you would have. The work comes back more complete, and you decide from the considered answer, not the first one.

  • Memory that carries the work forward.

Every decision, lesson, and open item your team records is kept in one searchable record alongside your code, your documents, and past conversations — weighted by what matters, linked by what's related — so tomorrow's specialist starts from what today's decided. And a conversation doesn't end when a session does: the seat carries on with what it knew, so you never start over.

Do the work

  • Research the live web and cite its sources. Ask a question; get a written answer with numbered citations, from searches included with your seat.
  • Read your documents — the part that matters. Every agent can read what you give it. Point a project at the folder where your files live and the team can also search it by meaning: ask about one clause and the specialist finds that section, and the related work in your other documents, your code, and the team's journal — reading the parts it needs, not everything into its head.
  • Bring a codebase. MAESTRO indexes it and maps it. A search returns the relevant files and sections by meaning — not just the words the agent guessed at, in the places it guessed to look — and pairs the code with the design doc that explains it, so the specialist decides its next step from both.
  • Images, video, music, speech — from a dozen providers. Ask for the storyboard and the team makes the frames. It's the same team that wrote the brief and will write the launch post: all of your team's work, not just the code, done in one place.
  • Scheduled and recurring work. The weekly report that assembles itself, the nightly check, the reminder before the demo — set once, run by the specialist who owns it, with the results back in the conversation where you set it up.

Work together

  • Shared projects, with your AI team in the room.
  • Search any conversation. Find what was said, matches highlighted.

Run it your way

  • Tell your agents where they may and may not go. Named site sets, company-wide rules — and a readable refusal when a rule says no.
  • Your administrators set the rules from the app. Which credentials agents use, where they may go, what each role may run — no ticket to us.
  • MAESTRO's model traffic runs through a Gateway you control. Inspected, metered, and audited before it leaves the machine; MAESTRO's provider keys stay with the Gateway, never with the agent; every request screened for leaks, findings logged; every agent action recorded as a structured audit event built for your SIEM. The detail — and the edges — are on the security page.
  • Signed, notarized, and it keeps itself current — nobody has to click.

Meet some of the team

  • Mae Runs the production — turns your ask into a team and a plan.
  • Strategist Weighs the options and says which one, and why.
  • Planner Turns the decision into sequence, dependencies, and what's blocking.
  • User Research Reads what your users said and tells you what it means.
  • Competitive Analysis Maps the landscape and where you're different.
  • Data Analyst Works the numbers and shows you the pattern.
  • Developer Builds it.
  • UX Designer Decides where things go and how the flow should feel.
  • Security Specialist Reviews for what could go wrong before it does.
  • QA Lead Decides what to test and whether it's ready to ship.
  • Technical Writer Documents it so the next person can use it.
  • Content Creator Writes the post, the page, the email.

And you can shape your own roster.

Every specialist arrives equipped

  • Institutional memory and search across your work
  • Agent-to-agent conversation
  • Delegation
  • Scheduled work
  • Approvals and sign-off
  • Running commands and working with files
  • Documents, spreadsheets and decks
  • Web research with sources kept
  • Speech, translation and transcription
  • Image, video and music generation
  • A shared working surface
  • Orchestrated productions
  • Configuring the workforce itself

Each one issued per role, switched by your administrators, and listed where they can see it. Built to a principle we call Agent Factors Engineering: the platform carries what the agent shouldn't have to think about — memory, context, the right tools at the right moment, instructions that arrive when they're needed — so the specialist spends its attention on your work.

Your first five minutes

You don't need a codebase to get value on day one. Bring a real question — a decision you're weighing, a market you're sizing, a document you need to understand. Ask a specialist and get a written answer with its sources; ask the team and watch a second specialist stress-test the first before you decide.

Start where you already are.

You don't have to change how you work to get value from MAESTRO. Running Claude Code? Keep running claude exactly as you do today — same terminal, nothing to relearn — and you immediately get MAESTRO's memory, context, and tooling. Turn the dial: sam cc [role] runs that same session under MAESTRO's full governance, not Claude's defaults. Go further — work inside MAESTRO and full orchestration brings teams of agents coordinating live in shared chat. You choose how much governance and orchestration your work needs — and you can start with nothing changing at all.

Take on what used to take a team.

Direct a team of AI specialists — strategy, research, design, engineering, analysis — and take on work that used to mean hiring for it. MAESTRO was built this way: forty-one signed releases in nine weeks, and a twenty-five-chapter manual. Not a faster tool. A different scale of what you can take on.

Claude, GPT, Gemini — and a dozen more behind them. One orchestrator.

What will you build?

We're opening the beta to builders, founders, and teams ready to do more with AI — and to anyone who wants to see what an AI team can do with a real question. Sign up and we'll approve new members daily. The beta is free.
